Offset vs Digital
Offset printing has been the standard of printing for many years and is still the most cost effective method for longer runs (usually quantities over 1000, but that varies with the job). It involves putting ink on paper, not toner on paper, like digital printing. There are differences and advantages with both methods. Offset can be less expensive for longer runs and has more flexibility with paper stocks and other features.
Digital printing involves putting toner on paper rather than ink. The advantages are speed and shorter runs. If you need it in a hurry this is your first choice. However, if you have more time then the offset option may save you money. Here at ABC Printers, we offer you both and can help you decide which option best suits your needs.
