Julia has been with ABC Printers since 1993, coming to ABC after completing a degree in Visual Communications. Her earlier area of study was in the area of Fine Art, she completed 3 years at Indiana Wesleyan University. Throughout her teen years she worked in print shops around the Salem area where she gained knowledge in all aspects of the printing process.
As a result of her experience in the printing industry and through her education she is better equipped to help you design pieces that are visually appealing, cost effective, and designed properly for offset printing. Her desire is that your print job is custom to your needs, helps your company or organization to succeed, and that it is something that your proud of. As an owner her responsibilities have grown in the areas of customer service and daily operations.
“Moose” joined ABC Printers part time in May of 2007 when he became a owner along side his wife Julia. In 2008 he became a full time Sales and Production Manager. He works throughout the shop to ensure your job is done on time and for the price you were quoted. He tries to educate his customer on the most efficient and cost effective printing options. His desire is that our customers receive a job that fits their budget needs, is in quantities that are cost effective, and that are on time. His background is in the area of Trucking and Transportation Management. These experience makes him a great asset in the area of delivery and customer service.
In 2007 Julia and Moose McClatchie became owners of ABC Printers Inc.
Julia is aided by her daughter Christin who helps her with all aspects of graphic design and digital printing and copying. Christin has a degree in Graphics Design from Western Oregon University.
Dan works hard in the back of the shop as press operator and along side Moose in bindery. Dan has years of experience and amazing mechanical ability to keep machines running, working hard to meet all deadlines and give the customer good quality work.
ABC is truly a family business with daughter-in-law Heather working as the receptionist and file clerk, helping where ever things are needed.
